1 Submitting the form does not mean agreeing to hold the event and start organizing it.
2. Approval to hold the event is granted after receiving an official letter from the Public Relations Department, accompanied by the approval of the school principal and attached with a photo.

4. The Public Relations Department has the right to change the time if it conflicts with other events.
5. The Public Relations Department has the right to change the site as it deems appropriate.
6. If there is a draft of the event’s identity, please attach it to the form.
7. The Public Relations Department has the right to request visual content (visual presentation, introductory or documentary film, etc.).
8. It is prohibited to place any additional decorations, such as the use of flowers, tablecloths, etc., and it is sufficient to use the equipment available at the school in order to adhere to the professional nature.
